His career is characterized by strong management of the full accounting cycle, financial control, regulatory compliance, and preparation of financial information to support strategic decision‑making.

Throughout his career, Agustín has held positions such as Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, and Head of Outsourced Accounting, being responsible for the preparation and presentation of financial statements, reports to Boards of Directors, budgets, treasury management, supervision of accounting teams, and payroll administration. He has direct experience in preparing reports for regulatory entities such as the Superintendency of Banks of Panama, the Superintendency of the Securities Market, the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, and the Dirección General de Ingresos (DGI), ensuring timely compliance with financial and tax obligations.

His profile includes extensive experience in financial organizations and corporate groups, where he has led accounting closing processes, bank and account reconciliations, budget control, payment management, and audit supervision. He has also participated in quality audit processes under ISO 9001 standards, holding certification as an auditor, reinforcing his focus on internal control, administrative order, and continuous process improvement
